Managing the myriad of employment-related recordkeeping and compliance obligations

services, Employer Services takes over responsibility for payment of wages, payroll
withholdings, unemployment, and workers' compensation for payroll employees. As
part of our service, we will:
- Generate weekly paychecks (direct deposit available)
- Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and make required tax deposits
- Provide new hire reports to EDD
- Process payroll garnishments
- Prepare and mail annual W-2's
- Provide assistance with wage and hour compliance
- Administer unemployment claims and Paid Family Leave claims (CA)
- Maintain workers' compensation coverage for payroll employees and provide claims
administration
Entering payroll data is easy with access to our customized computer system. An
electronic timekeeping system is also available (timeclock or PC version) to track
hours worked by payroll employees. This system provides access to a variety of real-time
reports, including absentee and on-premises tracking, total hours worked, and wage
analysis.
