Employer Services will conduct an orientation for all eligible employees before
transitioning them onto our payroll. We can also assess eligibility for 1099 independent
contractor status, and assist with migrating contractors to employee status where
appropriate. The employee orientation and transition process includes:
- Employee application (available in hard copy or on-line)
- W-4 form
- I-9 administration
- Timecard process and reporting instruction
- Policy and Procedure Handbook
- Overview of available Employer Services' benefits (including company 401k program,
access to group health insurance plans, and other discount plans)
